Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager's responsibilities include:
Assist in planning and managing construction projects related to data centers.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
Provide on-site support and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and management.
Support the Project Manager in achieving project goals and objectives. The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
Experience in construction project management, preferably in data centers or similar projects.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. What's on Offer

Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000.
