Plan, execute, and oversee commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project budgets, cost controls, change orders, and financial reporting to meet profit goals
Develop and maintain master schedules, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
Lead contract administration, including subcontractor procurement, scopes, and compliance
Ensure projects meet quality standards, drawings, specifications, and local building codes
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues related to safety, schedule, and constructability
Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to align expectations

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience leading commercial or multifamily construction projects
Track record of leading projects valued at $10M+
Familiarity with estimating and preconstruction concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be key point of contact for clients What's on Offer
