Job Description
Lead all structural activities including concrete, steel, framing, and vertical systems
Coordinate closely with trade partners, structural engineers, and project leadership
Oversee multiple concurrent phases, ensuring alignment with schedule milestones
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant jobsite at all times
Monitor quality and ensure work adheres to specifications and structural requirements
Provide proactive problem-solving to navigate sequencing and structural complexities

The Successful Applicant
A successful Structural Superintendent should have:
Extensive experience with concrete and steel structural systems
Proven track record managing highrise or midrise structural projects
Must have overseen multiple concurrent phases or multiple structures
Experience on hospitality, mixeduse, or large commercial builds preferred
Not accepting woodframe multifamily backgrounds
Strong communicator with excellent planning and coordination skills What's on Offer
Base Salary: $115,000-$150,000 (based on experience)
Vehicle Allowance: $180/week (fuel not included)
Per Diem: Available for travelers (details provided during interview)
