Job Description
Assist in managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and updates.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
Support the Project Manager in decision-making and problem-solving processes.
Facilitate communication between team members and external partners.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
Healthcare preferred; Life Sciences considered. If no healthcare, complex project experience with strong tenure.
Strong tenure with reputable GCs.
Relatively open to traveling throughout SC.
Proficient in project controls, document management, and schedule coordination. What's on Offer
