Seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee daily clinical operations across both partial hospitalization and residential levels of care. This role provides direct supervision to the Clinical Supervisor and Lead Therapist and reports to executive leadership.

The Clinical Manager is responsible for maintaining strong clinical standards, supporting staff performance, and ensuring compliance across programs. This position plays a key role in shaping curriculum, strengthening workflow processes, and supporting hiring decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinical operations for PHP and residential programs

• Provide supervision and guidance to clinical leadership staff

• Approve PTO and manage staff scheduling oversight

• Initiate and document disciplinary action when necessary

• Audit clinical charts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of care

• Enforce policies and procedures consistently across programs

• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance

• Support curriculum development and program structure

• Assist in hiring decisions and team development

• Promote accountability, structure, and clear communication within the clinical team

Compensation:

$105,000 - $115,000 annually
