Our client is a well-established, mid-sized general contractor with decades of success in the construction space. They work on majority federal, commercial, and education projects.

Job Description

Lead the preparation, formatting, editing, and delivery of compelling bid proposals.

Analyze and respond to government RFPs and RFQs.

Track and review project opportunities using SAM.gov (formerly FBO).

Write company narratives describing capabilities, past projects, and key differentiators.

Maintain and update the company's capabilities statement and employee resumes.

Develop and manage a centralized company content library/database.

Collaborate with leadership during go/no-go bid meetings and present viable job opportunities.

Coordinate with estimators on upcoming bids and submission requirements. The Successful Applicant

A successful Proposal Writer should have:

Bachelor's degree in communications, English, Marketing, or a related field, preferred but not required

3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in the construction or AEC industry.

Strong command of grammar, structure, and persuasive writing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and AI platforms. What's on Offer
