Job Description

Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects.

Support the preparation and management of project schedules and budgets.

Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Identify and address potential project risks or issues proactively.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department. The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

2+ years of experience in commercial construction (healthcare preferred)

Strong understanding of project management processes and documentation

Proficiency in construction software (Procore or similar)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines What's on Offer
