Our client is a midsized GC with a 60+ year history, 10 regional offices, and a strong portfolio across financial institutions, office, retail, and healthcare environments. With 94% of projects coming from repeat customers and several new contract wins, they are expanding their team in Maryland and seeking a Project Manager who can hit the ground running.
Job Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - Baltimore will:
Managing multiple commercial interior fitout and renovation projects ranging from $500K-$5M
Overseeing full project lifecycle: bidding, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and closeout
Leading highvolume, fastturnaround projects in sectors including financial institutions, healthcare, retail, and commercial office
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
Collaborating closely with superintendents and field teams to deliver projects on time and on budget

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - Baltimore will have:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Proven ability to run multiple projects independently, from bid to completion
Interiors/renovation experience (90% of work is interior fitouts)
Background with commercial general contracting (no residential or developer backgrounds)
Experience with banks, commercial office, healthcare, and/or retail projects
Strong relationshipbuilding skills and interest in longterm client partnership
Ability to work inoffice full time at the Owings Mills location
A track record of delivering highvolume, fastturnaround projects What's on Offer

$90K-$110K
