Job Description
Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelines.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Support the resolution of any project-related issues or challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates to senior management. The Successful Applicant
A successful APM/Junior PM should have:
Educational background in construction management or a related field.
Familiarity with construction project management principles and practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the construction industry.
