While they are a GC, they have a Construction Management function which is in need of an experienced representative capable of upholding the company reputation for excellence and their client's vision.
Location: This company operates across North and Central Alabama with an emphasis on the Greater Huntsville area
Project Portfolio: Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Municipal / Education, and some Industrial

Identify critical issues to successively complete design, construction, and relocation activities
Development of client's future facility program requirements
Identify and manage the project scope, incoming budget and schedule
Selection of architects, consulting engineers, and contractors
Coordinating and completing related move activities, including on-site supervision
Client systems/applications and maintain data integrity throughout all phases of the project
Prepare vendor invoice/draw process from receipt through payment
Project reconciliation and closeout
Actively attend and participate in initiatives and events

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate:
5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management with Commercial experience
Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
Proven track record of successful projects
Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
