This role is designed for a high-performing Project Manager who can grow rapidly into a Senior PM, Project Executive, and eventually a leadership/ownership-track role as the company scales.
Job Description
Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and full project lifecycle execution
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams while maintaining strong client relationships
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
Maintain project profitability while protecting schedule and quality
Collaborate with field leadership to ensure safety and operational excellence
Participate in executive discussions on process improvement, project strategy, and company growth
Represent the company professionally with clients, architects, and key partners

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
Proven track record managing commercial groundup and/or interior projects in the $5M-$30M+ range
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities
A desire for long-term career advancement, mentorship, and increased responsibility
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management tools
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
