Job Description
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
Develop project schedules and manage timelines effectively.
Monitor budgets and control project costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
A strong background in construction project management within the commercial construction industry
7+ years exp as PM or higher with a GC.
Experience in at least 2 of the following sectors: Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Education
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. What's on Offer
