We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiter. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to support organizational goals.

Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.

Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify top talent.

Conduct pre-employment assessments and verify candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.

Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure process efficiency and improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques within the business services industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
