Job Description
The Project Manager's responsibilities includes:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Supervise and provide guidance to the project team and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management. Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 USD.
