Job Description
Provide project leadership and establish, implement and support a proactive project safety culture
Manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals
Manage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure that the project goals are met
Review monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
Lead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goals
Ensure overall financial health of the project and project forecasts

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience in Construction with a general contractor
Healthcare experience is required
Renovation and occupied spaces experience is preferred
Experience in Occupied Spaces is required
MEP Experience is required
Easy going, self-motivated
Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites
Strong management ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience running projects from preconstruction through completion What's on Offer
Base salary of $135,000 - $155,000, depending on experience
