We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Envelope Adjuster to join our production team. This position is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of W+D 527, 627, and/or 102 printing and converting equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, leadership ability, and a commitment to quality and safety.

The Envelope Adjuster plays a key role in meeting production goals while maintaining high-quality standards and supporting team members on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up converting equipment in various configurations according to work order specifications

Independently perform job changes, including window and size changes

Operate and adjust W+D 527, 627, and/or 102 printing and converting machines

Perform quality inspections to verify envelope, window, and flap dimensions

Provide shift guidance and training to Envelope Converting Machine Operators

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment cleaning

Maintain adequate levels of glue, ink, window film, and related materials

Complete and submit accurate production reports

Communicate quality or inventory concerns to Supervisor and Quality Control

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out, HazCom, and PPE requirements Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Envelope Adjuster (W+D 527, 627, or 102 preferred)

Strong understanding of envelope-making machinery and mechanical processes

Ability to read and interpret job instructions and production specifications

Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems

Ability to work with both computerized systems and mechanical equipment

Understanding of or willingness to learn Flexographic printing (belly and central impression units)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand on concrete for 10-12 hours

Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motion

Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally
