Job Description
Manage all aspects of light industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Resolve any construction-related challenges effectively. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
5-10+ years of PM experience
Strong Light Industrial background required
Experience managing subcontractors and project financials
Strong communication and organizational skills What's on Offer
