Role Overview

Shriv Commedia Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business

Development Executive to strengthen our B2B IT services sales function. The ideal candidate will

be responsible for end-to-end lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Strong

hands-on experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital channels.

Plan and execute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email marketing.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.

Manage and maintain the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate reporting.

Conduct market research to track global IT trends, competitor activity, and client needs.

Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the B2B IT Services industry.

Mandatory hands-on experience with LinkedIn for lead generation and prospecting.

Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (lead generation to closure).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to take ownership and collaborate with internal teams.
