Job Description
The Business Development Manager - K/12 - Baltimore will:
Lead business development efforts to grow the firm's footprint within the Baltimore market.
Build and manage relationships with partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop proposals and pursuit materials.
Work directly with senior leadership, including reporting to the VP of Baltimore.
Research market trends, identify opportunities, and support go/nogo strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and community engagements.
Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development and project execution.
Track BD activities, pipeline, and reporting using Office and Excel tools. The Successful Applicant
The Business Development Manager - K/12 - Baltimore will have:
5+ years of business development experience in construction (open to strong candidates with 4 years).
Background working for a general contractor - required.
Strong network and presence in the Baltimore construction market preferred.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to work in a hybrid model (1 day remote after onboarding).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. What's on Offer

Base salary: $100,000 - $115,000
