Job Description
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects in the light industrial and data sectors.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

A successful Project Manager - Light Industrial/Data should have:
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in light industrial and data projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
