Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Coordinate with Project Manager, clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients. The Successful Applicant

A successful assistant Project Manager should have:

Proven experience in managing construction projects within the light industrial and data center sectors.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
