Job Description

Manage daytoday import and export transactions to ensure all global shipments comply with U.S. and international trade regulations.

Work closely with freight forwarders, customs officials, brokers, and internal teams to resolve customsrelated questions and support smooth shipment processing.

Provide accurate product information to support proper HTS classification, export control classification, and countryoforigin determination.

Maintain compliant and wellorganized import/export records in line with regulatory requirements and company policy.

Screen all partners-including customers, vendors, and suppliers-for denied parties, restricted enduses, antiboycott concerns, and diversion risks.

Collaborate across departments to address regulatory questions, duty matters, and traderelated decisionmaking.

Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments, including classification reviews for new products, to ensure adherence to import and export procedures throughout the business lifecycle. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.

Minimum of four years of experience in global regulatory compliance or a similar field.

Customs Broker's License preferred but not required.

Strong knowledge of product classification processes, including CCL and Schedule B/HTS.

Excellent problemsolving abilities with a proactive, selfstarter approach and demonstrated leadership skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working effectively across departments and with external partners. What's on Offer
