With more than 5,000 units delivered and another 1,000+ currently underway, they continue to experience strong, steady growth.
To support this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for their Maryland office. This role will play a key part in managing multifamily construction projects throughout the DMV region.
Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction Builder/Developer (DMV) will be responsible for:
Assisting Project Manager with daily project coordination
Supporting preconstruction activities including design reviews and budgeting
Coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants during design development
Managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Tracking schedule and budget progress and reporting variances
Overseeing subcontractor activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Helping with procurement of materials and subcontractors
Facilitating permitting and approvals process
Assisting with punch list completion and project closeout

The Successful Applicant

A background in construction, project management, or a related field within the business services industry.
