Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple special projects

Manage subcontractors, procurement, and field coordination to ensure seamless execution

Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages

Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and trade partners

Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality standards are met

The Successful Applicant

3-7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally in special projects or interiors

Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, occupiedspace logistics, and fasttrack schedules

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and client satisfaction

Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills

Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)

Comfortable working in environments where adaptability and responsiveness are key What's on Offer
