Job Description

Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project timelines and budgets, implementing adjustments as necessary to meet goals.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and resolve any issues promptly.

Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity on job sites. The Successful Applicant

A successful General Superintendent should have:

Proven experience in the property industry, specifically in construction management.

Proven experience managing multiple superintendents and operations.

Construction experience in class a, municipal, education, and related.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
