Job Description

Lead end-to-end program management for initiatives involving chemical processing, metal finishing, and electroplating technologies.

Manage customer-facing technical programs, ensuring all requirements, milestones, and quality expectations are met.

Direct and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams by setting priorities, providing technical direction, and monitoring progress.

Drive new product and process development from early experimentation and optimization through scale-up and commercial launch.

Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks related to materials performance, corrosion behavior, surface engineering, and plating reliability.

Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams to ensure smooth process transfer, robust scale-up, and production readiness.

Maintain program documentation, technical reports, schedules, dashboards, and communication tools to support internal and customer decision-making.

Promote continuous improvement across process capability, product reliability, and program execution methodology. The Successful Applicant

BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials/Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience with metal finishing processes, electroplating chemistry, corrosion science, and surface treatment technologies.

Proven track record of successfully managing engineering programs and leading cross-functional technical teams.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical issues into clear, actionable program plans. What's on Offer
