Job Description
Salary: From $14-$16 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers in the examination and treatment of patients in a primary care/ urgent care setting
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist with minor medical procedures
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as blood draws, urine tests
- Maintain and restock supplies and equipment
- Record patient information accurately in electronic medical records
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and or completion of a medical assistant program or relevant certification
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
