Job Description
Develop and implement lean strategies to optimize manufacturing and operational processes.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste, ensuring continuous improvement.
Facilitate lean training and workshops to empower teams with lean tools and methodologies.
Collaborate with leadership to align lean initiatives with organizational objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of lean initiatives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster a lean culture.
Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of lean practices.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Principal Lean candidate should have:
A strong understanding of lean principles and their application in engineering and manufacturing.
Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives within the life sciences industry.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
