Lead Clinical Excellence: Provide direct oversight of ABA programs, ensuring quality care and ethical best practices.

Mentor & Support BCBAs: Conduct structured mentorship sessions, skill development training, and performance reviews.

Collaborate with Center Leadership: Work with the Center Manager to support onboarding, staffing, and clinical structure.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with OTs, SLPs, psychologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Family Engagement: Strengthen caregiver relationships, conduct family guidance sessions, and drive treatment success.

Maintain Clinical Integrity: Ensure compliance with BACB standards and Hopebridge’s quality benchmarks.

Track & Improve Performance: Utilize key clinical metrics to assess trends, implement action plans, and optimize patient outcomes. Required SkillsWhat You’ll Bring

BCBA Certification: Minimum of three years of BCBA experience.

Master’s Degree: In Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Leadership & Mentorship Experience: Prior experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs preferred.

Expertise in ABA Assessments: Proficiency in VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, PEAK, and Practical Functional Assessments.

Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to engage, mentor, and drive clinical performance across teams.
