Description

Manufacture implants and instruments at an introductory level.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines with minimal assistance.

Work from written instructions; (Work Instructions)

Be able to adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity.

Ability to inspect own work with minimal assistance.

Meet production standards and quality expectations.

Ability to document results accurately.

Understand and follow GMP procedures as applicable to job duties.

Understand and follow all departmental SOP's. Document and report any process deviations to team leader.

Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures.

Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.

Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.

Any other duties as assigned by Team Leader

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Able to read blueprints.

Strong math skills

Able to use basic inspection tools, calipers, mics, etc

Some manufacturing experience.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Attention to details.
