Job Description
Key Responsibilities: MEP Project Manager
Manage MEP projects from preconstruction through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and coordination with subcontractors.
Serve as the primary interface between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
Monitor project performance, including cost control, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Oversee field staff and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Support project estimating, risk management, and value engineering efforts.
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful MEP Project Manager will have:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7+ years of experience managing MEP construction projects in commercial or institutional settings.
Demonstrated experience with budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating multiple trades.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and construction best practices.
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client expectations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Competitive base salary between $110,000-$130,000 depending on project experience and skills
