Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Pay: Starting at $22/hr

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do:

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

Set up and operate machines to fabricate precision sheet metal parts

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Use sheet metal measuring tools (calipers, protractors, etc.) to ensure accuracy

Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety procedures

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

A High School diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of related experience in press brake operation or CNC operation.

Proficiency in using sheet metal measuring devices, such as calipers and protractors.

Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.

Familiarity with "Lean" manufacturing processes is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude.

A positive attitude with excellent relationship-building skills with coworkers.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Westbrook, ME, and offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday.
