CNC Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in sustainable manufacturing and plastic recycling, is seeking a dedicated **CNC Machine Operator** to join their team.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator **Location:** Garfield, MN **Pay Range:** $17-$18/hour **Shift:** 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6 am-3 pm and Friday 6 am-noon.

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 6 pm-2:30 am or 6 pm to 6 am.

**What's the Job?** + Operate and manage CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.

+ Set up CNC equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production runs.

+ Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to optimize results.

+ Conduct daily checks to guarantee machinery functionality and safety.

+ Record production and quality data to maintain comprehensive logs.

**What's Needed?** + Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
