Tools for Liftoff:

Competitive Pay: $20-$28 per hour to start (based on experience)

Hands-On Training: If you are mechanically inclined without any CNC experience, we will train!

Shifts Available:

A-Days: Sun-Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6 AM-6:30 PM

B-Days: Thurs-Sat and every other Wednesday, 6 AM-6:30 PM

A-Nights: Sun-Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6 PM-6:30 AM ($2 shift differential)

B-Nights: Thurs-Sat and every other Wednesday, 6 PM-6:30 AM ($4 shift differential)

Your Flight Path Responsibilities:

You'll contribute to state-of-the-art projects that push the boundaries of engineering and technology

From loading parts and operating controls to deburring and inspecting, you'll play a key role in our team's success

You'll work independently after training and help us meet our goals for quality and innovation

Pre-Launch Checklist:

Must be 18+ years old and have at least a GED (some college preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude

Experience working with calipers, micrometers, FANUC controls, and milling experience preferred

Proven job stability and a desire for a long-term role in a forward-thinking company
