Pay Rate: Min. $22/hr.

Copper Bus Bar experience preferred, but not required -

Only Production/Manufacturing background needed.

Higher for related experience!

In this role, you will be fabricating conductivity copper components for electrical power distribution and operating machinery to cut, punch, and bend copper bars for industrial, renewable energy, and data center applications. Key roles include operating CNC busbar machines to ensure precise, high-volume production.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Utilizing CNC busbar punching and bending machines to process copper bars into specific shapes, including punching holes and cutting.

Precision Fabrication: Managing busbar forming and bending to meet high-quality standards for electrical conductivity and structural integrity, using tools like press brakes and ironworkers.

Customization: Tailoring bus bars to custom specifications for various industries.

Safety & Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet safety standards for electrical power distributionPreferred Skill Set for COPPER BUS BAR / EHRT Operator:

Operations of multi station Punch Machine / Copper Bar.

Ability to create and edit programs / Fanuc, G code, etc.

Ability to accurately read and interpret prints/ drawings/specs.

Deburring, drilling and tapping of materials.

Understanding and execution of material inspection procedures.

Computer experience.

Ability to use handheld inspection equipment; Calipers + Micrometers.

Understanding and support all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions.

Familiar with ISO standards.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
