Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate injection molding machines
Operate pad printer, sonic welders, heat staker, etc.
Inspect product according to quality plan
Degate, trim, and/or perform additional secondary operations according to the control plan
Package product to customer specifications
Label product containers with ID label according to order activation worksheet
Identify molding problems and notify Molding Technician for corrections
Perform assembly of product as directed per work instructions
Complete daily Production Activity Log
Maintain stable mold cycle
High level attention to detail
Maintain clean work area
Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment as assigned by management
Other duties as assigned by management
Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:
High school graduate or GED equivalent
Ability to lift fifty pounds or more
Ability to understand visual part aspects
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of ISO and Good Documentation practices preferred
Knowledge of ERP software preferred
Ability to understand basic safety standards and procedures
Must be able to speak and read English proficiently including good communication skills, both written and oral.
