Job Description :

Observe machine operations and document current working methods.

Assist in drafting and updating Machine Working Instructions (MWI) based on actual practice.

Create visual aids (photos, flow diagrams, step-by-step guides).

Support Production Manager in reviewing working instruction after major breakdown.

Propose improvement ideas to simplify or clarify machine instruction steps.

Assist in pilot testing revised instructions.

COordinate with Porduction and Engineering team to validate instruction accuracy

Requirements:

Fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Basic understanding of engineering processes and manufacturing environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
