Port Jervis NY/Shohola Pa area. Multi site US corporation recently purchased a 45 employee factory that fits well within their manufacturing lines. Profitable company with great benefits, is a true believer and practitioner of Continuous Improvements. Looking for someone to be the CI and EHS leader. Small operation mostly health and safety issues and will train if someone has good CI experience in a factory setting. Pay range 75-85K, bonus target 20%, 401K match and they usually work four 10 hour shifts so 3 day weekends. PLUS they are a ESOP company. Employee stock owner plan
