With 29+ million wound images and 5,000+ healthcare facilities using their platform globally, your data pipelines and dashboards will directly support clinicians and improve patient outcomes.

Compensation & Work Schedule
Salary: $100,000 $115,000 CAD
Schedule: Monday Friday (standard business hours)
Location: Remote (Canada-based)

What You Bring
3 5 years of hands-on Data Engineering experience
Strong Spark experience (PySpark preferred; core Spark required)
Strong Python skills for scripting and data engineering
Advanced SQL skills (Postgres strongly preferred)
Experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines and data workflows
Hands-on Power BI dashboard ownership (building new dashboards and enhancing existing ones)
Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Functions
Strong data modelling knowledge
Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable if open to Azure)
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Eligibility to work in Canada
Preferred
Experience with additional Azure services (Synapse, Databricks, Fabric, storage services)
Healthcare or regulated industry experience
Startup or high-growth company background
Microsoft data certifications
What You ll Be Building
You ll design and scale the data infrastructure powering a global healthcare SaaS platform.
Your impact will include:
Building and optimizing Spark-based data pipelines
Writing Python and SQL to transform and model production data
Designing scalable data models to support reporting and analytics
Owning and enhancing Power BI dashboards used across the business
Improving performance, reliability, and governance of Azure data workflows
Partnering with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable solutions
