Job Description

Required Technical Skills

Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) modules.

Scripting: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (GlideRecord, Client-Side/Server-Side scripting).

Development Tools: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Update Sets, Studio IDE.

Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, Angular JS.

Database Management: Understanding of ServiceNow data models and SQL. Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - Field Service Management (CIS-FSM).

Experience: Previous experience working within a large-scale enterprise or financial services environment.

Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
