Accounting Assistant (Invoicing) – French Speaking
Location: Jounieh
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Package: $700 + Transport (600,000 LBP/day) + Bonus (up to 1 month salary/year) + Full Insurance + Daman Coverage
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Our client, a dynamic offshore import-export company, is growing their team in Lebanon and is hiring an Accounting Assistant (Invoicing). The Role
You will support the finance operations by processing and maintaining accurate invoice data—mainly vendor invoices—using a custom-built SQL-based system and advanced Excel tools. You’ll be part of a structured team of 10 data-entry/invoicing professionals, reporting to a supervisor, and collaborating closely with the accounting and reconciliation team.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time
Maintain clean, structured data on a custom SQL-based system
Use Excel for validation, tracking, checks, and reporting support
Coordinate with accounting/reconciliation teams to resolve discrepancies
Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal processes
What We’re Looking For
Languages: Fluent French (must), good English (Arabic is a plus)
Skills: Strong Excel + ability to learn a custom SQL-based platform quickly
Profile: Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and comfortable in a structured team
