Tuesday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Busy practice
Flexibility required to rotate among multiple locations

We are seeking a patientfocused, organized Patient Services Specialist to support front desk operations across multiple outpatient clinics. This individual will greet patients, manage checkin/checkout functions, handle insurance and billing processes, and deliver excellent customer service in a busy medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Support & Front Desk
Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive tone
Guide new patients through required paperwork
Perform patient registration
Answer phones, check voicemails, schedule and follow up on appointments
Collect copays and address chargerelated questions Insurance & Administrative Tasks
Verify insurance and complete authorizations
Maintain accurate patient demographics
Close out dayend tasks Documentation & Systems
Use EMR systems: Therapy Source and Rehab Toolkit
Document all patient interactions with accuracy and professionalism Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of medical front desk, general front desk, or customer service experience
Excellent customer service (inperson and over the phone)
Strong computer skills
Ability to manage a heavy workload and multitask
Highly reliable and punctual
Healthcare background preferred but not required
Call center experience with strong service skills acceptable Top Skills - Must Haves

Westerville, OH: must be able to cover 2 Westerville + 2 Delaware offices
Candidates will know schedules in advance but must beflexible with limited notice. Pay and Benefits
