Responsibilities for a Material Handler include but are not limited to:
Receive, count, and record incoming stock manually or using computer systems for accurate inventory control
Pack, unpack, label, and store materials in an orderly and accessible manner within warehouse and stockroom areas
Verify inventory counts by comparing physical stock to system records and investigate discrepancies
Inspect materials for defects or damage and maintain clean, safe storage areas in compliance with safety regulations
Candidates for Material Handler must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Previous warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to follow safety procedures and assist other warehouse team members as needed
