Network Specialist- Customer Outreach

Overview

BlueWater Federal is seeking a Network Specialist- Customer Outreach to support DISA operations in the Columbus, OH area. As a Network Specialist you will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.Responsibilities

Initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.

Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications service request.

Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry.

Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear. Qualifications

Associate's degree is preferred

2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning

Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. US Citizenship required.

May require mandatory schedule change based on operational requirements, resulting in a swing shift/second shift schedule (Example: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)
