Description

Seeking a mature, professional and outgoing individual for a seasonal receptionist position.

This position is annually from late March to Mid - December. Hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday during the golf season and Wednesday - Friday in November and December.

Position Requirements

Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.

Greeting members and guests upon arrival

Assist Dining Operations with member reservations

Excellent communication skills and proficient in Microsoft 365

Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.

Maintain an organized work space at all times

Assist other departments as needed
