Hardware Fulfillment Analyst
Location: New Albany, Ohio
Employment Type: 6 Month Contract
Overview
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Fulfillment Analyst to support IT hardware operations and logistics. This role plays a critical part in managing hardware deployments, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day operational execution across retail environments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates strong ownership of tasks, and brings a customer-service mindset to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily team operations, including task assignment, prioritization, and workload management
Manage the deployment and return of IT hardware for:
New store openings
Store hardware refresh and implementation projects
Store closures
Ad-hoc and special project requests
Monitor daily ticket queues and ensure timely and accurate resolution
Track, report, and communicate KPIs, operational metrics, and project status to internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate inventory records and update asset tracking systems for incoming and outgoing hardware
Monitor hardware stock levels and support purchasing and replenishment activities as needed
Order and manage operational and fulfillment-related supplies
Attend cross-functional meetings, share key takeaways, and provide actionable insights to internal partners
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for new hires and contract associates, including training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer
Maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases to support continuous improvement and associate development
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience preparing, shipping/receiving, storing, and managing IT hardware assets
Hands-on experience with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and hardware logistics
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Highly self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to stand, bend, and independently lift up to 50 lbs
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting POS and network hardware deployments
Background supporting retail store openings, refreshes, or closures
Exposure to KPI tracking, reporting, or operational analytics
Experience training or onboarding new hires or contractors
Familiarity with inventory management systems or ticketing tools
