School-Based Physical Therapist - Grove City, OH

Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required.

Responsibilities:Deliver direct physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students.Provide consultative support to educators and staff to implement effective therapeutic strategies.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and update individualized treatment plans.Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed to meet evolving needs.Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and school requirements.Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in pediatric physical therapy.
