School-Based Physical Therapist - Hilliard, Ohio

Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required.

A school-based position is available for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Responsibilities:Deliver direct physical therapy services to students, with a caseload of approximately 50 students.Provide consultative services to staff, families, and other educational professionals to support student needs.Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop individualized therapy plans.Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to student progress and therapy interventions.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational and therapeutic goals.
