If you have strong soldering skills and enjoy working on high-quality electronic components, this role offers an opportunity to grow and cross-train in a collaborative environment.Schedule: 7am-3:30pmWhat you'll do\nPerform precision soldering and de-soldering of SMT and through-hole components.\nAssemble and inspect PCB assemblies per IPC-A-610 standards.\nOperate and maintain soldering equipment, including soldering irons, hot air guns, and solder pots.\nWork from drawings and process documentation to complete assemblies.\nOperate SMT pick-and-place machines and prepare sub-assemblies for production.\nMaintain accurate documentation and a clean work station.\n\nWhat you needRequired:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nExperience with PCB assembly and soldering techniques\nAbility to solder and de-solder SMT and through-hole components\nFamiliarity with ESD handling requirements and electronic components\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nCan perform repetitive tasks with attentiveness.\nMust be able to effectively communicate and engage with all levels of the organization verbally and in writing.\nPossesses intermediate computer skills including MS Office, Excel and Outlook.\nMust be a U.S.

Person (includes U.S.
