The job details are as follows:

This internship is anything but ordinary. If that's what you're looking for, keep reading. We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator for our internship program. You will work on our Integrated Internal Services team which maintains internal IT infrastructure to support company operations. We work across a broad range of technologies including endpoint administration, identity management, collaboration tools, and product support. Dates for the internship will be from May 18, 2026, to April 23, 2027, working full time during the summer and part-time during the school year (up to 15 hours/week). This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days in-office at our headquarters in Dublin, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Assist in project to standardize endpoint configurations across the organization.

Utilize AI and automation tools to process data and achieve configuration goals.

Collect and present reports on standardization progress.

Assist in remediation of security vulnerabilities, analyze opportunities to improve security posture.

Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.

Provide insights into areas of improvement and potential risks.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Attend IIS team meetings, participate in relevant workshops, and contribute to team discussions.

Collaborate with partnering teams to improve processes and end user experience.

Assist in supporting enterprise collaboration tools to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled as students at the time of the internship.

Working towards a bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related degree.

Strong understanding of Windows desktop operating system (familiarity with Windows Server OS a plus).

Familiarity with MacOS.

Familiarity with PowerShell or Python scripting.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies.

Our Interns will also be invited to participate in additional learning opportunities throughout the Summer including "Lunch & Learn" events with executive leadership, volunteer opportunities to give back to local community, and other Intern-only events.
